    At IDN we do not sell our own brand of calling cards, but we provide the service infrastructure and calling card management system on which calling card services operate. Resellers and distributors who wish to operate or resell calling card products are currently using this service. Below is further information about IDN's calling card management system.

    Calling card management system

    IDN provide one of the industry's leading calling card management software, which includes a number of highly innovative features. IDN calling card management system offers:
    • Ability to manage calls in real time via the web
    • Ability to create, activate, credit and manage calling card batches or to manage calling cards individually
    • Ability to manage credit on batches of calling cards or individual calling-cards
    • Unique billing system offers various billing options including charge management, session management and duration analysis
    • Industry leading LCR (least cost routing) across up to fifteen carriers provided per individual destination
    • Quality Control Tools such as ASR (average success rate), and ACD (average call duration)
    • Custom call prompts for each target market using the card
    • Advertisement facility for calling card groups, where additional revenue can be earned through advertising
    • Online facility to enable end users to re-credit their individual cards, and hence keep using their card beyond its normal credit limit. Re-crediting can be done via Paypal or Credit card processing in multi-currency (US$, Euro, GB£)
    • Automated attendant facility for reseller to manage calling card customer support line
    • Support for Clubs and Societies who wish to distribute multi-function cards to members
    Multi-functional Calling Cards

    This product is particularly targeted towards Clubs, Societies and Travel Agents. The key additions to this service are:
    • Additional voice prompts for access to local and regional services
    • Additional voice prompts for announcement of special events
    • Ability for use to connect to services provided by third parties, such as car hire, concierge services, emergency covers, etc.
    • Ability for dynamic prompts linked to location and country of the caller
    Detailed statistical information

    Control over your business is important. Our comprehensive calling card management software also includes full detailed statistical information on your cards. Statistics for daily, monthly or for a given time period are available for browsing and analysis online. Statistical categories available on our management system include:
    • Most called destination by duration - where are your top destinations? Find out which destinations you need to market more aggressively
    • Most called destination by number of calls - Find out where your clients are calling the most
    • Time distribution of calls (over 24-hour period) - Find out at when during a day, your cards are used the most
    Access Numbers

    IDN provide a number of different access numbers to calling card providers:
    • Freephone access number. This option allows the caller to dial using a toll free number. IDN offer Freephone numbers from many countries in the world. For full details of our national freephone numbers please contact our customer services.
    • Local access number. This option allows the caller to dial using a local access number.
    • Local DDI. This option allows the caller to dial using a city DDI number. This is a local DDI in the capital city. This option is most convenient for mobile users.
    • IP call connect. This option allows the user to connect to IDN network via Internet and use their calling card online. This is also known as VoIP connectivity and can be used in conjunction with an IP-Phone handset or MS Netmeeting. Once connected to the calling card platform they can use the calling card as normal.
    IDN also provides multiple toll free access numbers on same calling cards for international travelers. For list of countries where Freephone numbers are available please contact customer services.

    Customizing your Online Shop

    As a calling card provider, you can provide extensive services to your specialized calling card users. If you are setting up an online shop for selling prepaid products, the IDN web interface allows you to create and allocate individual calling cards in real time. This is a specially designed XML interface that plugs in your own web site and allows you to personalize individual accounts and print out bills online.

    Credit card facilities

    IDN can offer you credit and debit card clearance for your accounts. The services provided are:
    • Credit and Debit card interface in US$, EURO and UK£
