Call shop management
IDN provide an efficient and streamlined operation ensuring a low cost base for all Callshop owners. Callshop management includes:
- Dedicated partition on IDN network where you can set up each booth
- IDN provide per second billing rate for all the calls

Multiple callshop management
IDN provide online facility to manage multiple Callshops via the web. All calls are real time, and the shop supervisor is able to view individual shops and individual booths. Key features are:

Callshop Interface
IDN provide a number of access facilities for Callshop based in UK:
- VoIP connection through local gateway: This is the most common used interface. The booths are connected to a local VoIP gateway and calls are routed through Internet to IDN network. Call details and billing are available in real time via the web.
Callshop can run in conjunction with an internet café.
- 1XXX access via BT network in the UK: Call lines are connected directly to the BT line. There is no other equipment involved. The caller dials a four-digit number before their destination number. Call details and billing are available in real time via the web.
- UK Freephone number: Call lines are connected directly to the Telephone socket. There is no other equipment involved. The caller dials a Freephone number before their destination number. The Freephone number can also be programmed into the handset. Call details and billing are available in real time via the web.

For International Callshops the most common interface is:
- VoIP connection through local gateway: This is the most common used interface. The booths are connected to a local VoIP gateway and calls are routed through Internet to IDN network. Call details and billing are available in real time via the web.
Callshop can run in parallel with an Internet café.
