    What is home account product?

    The IDN home account product is for callers who wish to use low cost international calls directly from their home phone or mobile.

    The caller dials a Freephone number, hears the IDN voice prompt in own native language and then enters their international number. The call is connected and the caller is charged at low international call rates.

    The service is available in any country where IDN can offer a Freephone or local cities interconnect DDI number. These currently include all Europe, all American countries (north and south), Australasia, China, Pacific ocean countries, most of Asia and some countries in Africa.     Detailed statistical information

    Control over your business is important. Our comprehensive calling card management software also includes full detailed statistical information on your cards. Statistics for daily, monthly or for a given time period are available for browsing and analysis online. Statistical categories available on our management system include:
    • Most called destination by duration - where are your top destinations? Find out which destinations you need to market more aggressively
    • Most called destination by number of calls - Find out where your clients are calling the most
    • Time distribution of calls (over 24-hour period) - Find out at when during a day, your cards are used the most
    Access Numbers

    IDN provide a number of different access numbers to calling card providers:
    • BT 1xxx indirect access number. This options is available for clients based in UK only. This option allows the caller to dial a 4 digit number, hear a voice prompt and then enter their international number..
    • Freephone access number. This option is available for callers worldwide. This option allows the caller to dial using a toll free number. IDN offer Freephone numbers from many countries in the world. For full details of our national Freephone numbers please contact our customer services.
    • Local access number. This option allows the caller to dial using a local access number.
    • Local DDI. This option allows the caller to dial using a city DDI number. This is a local DDI in the capital city. This option is most convenient for mobile users.
    • IP call connect. This option allows the user to connect to IDN network via Internet and use their calling card online. This is also known as VoIP connectivity and can be used in conjunction with an IP-Phone handset or MS Netmeeting. Once connected to the calling card platform they can use the calling card as normal.
