The above explains a complete call shop system. Calls in the destination country are routed through a Satellite, which in turn are
transited through to IDN's facilities based in London.
OPTION 5: Provision of Callshop, Internet Café and Calling Card Services via VOIP Gateway and Satellite earth
Station for MULTIPOINT CONNECTIVITY: Suitable for Africa/Central Asia
Where there is a requirement for a central satellite earth station to provide connectivity for a large number of callshops in the
vicinity of the earth station, the individual callshops can be networked via wireless networking. Wireless networking involves use
of Arial Antennae, which together form an IP network. The Antennae will require line of site and each Antenna will need to be within
5 miles of the earth station.
A typical Antenna configuration is shown in the picture below.

Each callshop must have line of site with the central antenna and must be within a 5 miles radius of the central antenna.

Many wireless Antennae can be connected to a central earth station Antenna

Outdoor Arial Antenna with mounting for outdoor remote location installation.
There are many options available on wireless networking, however only a few have been tested and proved sufficiently stable for
voice communication applications. Please contact IDN regarding approved hardware. Due to the varying needs of each application
and complexity of technology involved, any recommendation will be dependant on the destination country where the hardware will be
installed. Where a particular hardware may be suitable for one installation, it may not be suitable for another.
