Internet Callback and how it works:
The Internet callback or Internet call-back service is available for users from anywhere in the world with internet access. All you need is a PC connected to the Internet,a touch tone phone and a callback account on the IDN network.
Internet Callback is used for clients who are making calls from any international destination to any other international destination. Clients outside of UK regularly use this product.
The mechanism of an Internet callback involves the user logging on the Internet and requesting a callback via a callback button on a website and then receiving a callback call on their registered callback number. Once the user receives the callback call, they would then pick up the phone and are able to make any number of consecutive outbound calls.
Callback is particularly suitable to countries where there are no available direct access numbers to UK for direct calling. You need to have a touch-tone phone in order to use this service.
