Call direct and how it works:
The call direct service (also known as callthrough or call-direct) is currently only provided from
UK, US, Canada, Germany, France, Turkey, Ireland, South Africa, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands (Holland), Australia,
New Zealand, Sweden, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, Spain,
Brazil, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Uruguay, Thailand, Isreal and Japan.
All you need is a touch tone phone and a call-direct account on IDN network.
When you wish to make an international call, simply dial the access number provided, enter your account number and then the destination telephone number you wish to call. The call is then automatically connected to the required destination. The call direct service also enables you to make follow-on calls and there are management facilities for account re-crediting and account information.
From most countries, your telephone number can be registered on the system. Once registered you only need to dial the access number and then the destination telephone number. The system would not request the account number for registered lines.
