Multiple home accounts group management

Description:

IDN's comprehensive customer relationship management software application allows you to operate, manage and support multiple home accounts through many distributors via central or multi central support desks. Within this custom application, operators can view calls in real time, and are able to view calls in progress and any calls made in the past 365 days. And, if necessary, accounts can be activated, credited or suspended at real time. For problem resolution or performance information, an individual home account or group of accounts' call profile information and usage with statistical information can be viewed.

    Rechargeable cards used with home account

    Description:

    Because IDN manufacture our own switches and billing/management software we are able to be highly flexible in our approach to new products. An example of this is the recent introduction of rechargeable calling cards. These are special calling cards with magnetic strips that contain information about the account and can be recharged at any high street vendor. The card is swiped through their machine and credited via credit/debit card or by cash. The card can easily be used by home-account operators to sell information or services on line or to provide international call termination to their clients when they are away from home.

    Detailed statistical information

    Description:

    Because IDN realise that control over your business is important our comprehensive home account management software also includes full detailed statistical information on your accounts. Statistics for daily, monthly or for a given time period are available for browsing and analysis online. Statistical categories available on our management system include:

    Most called destination by duration - find out where your top destinations are. Find out which destinations you need to recalculate rates for.

    Best ASR (average success rate) destination - find out which destinations have the best connectivity. And find out which destinations may be problematic.

    Most called destination by number of calls. -Find out where your highest volume of calls is going.

    Time distribution of calls (over 24-hour period) - Find out at what time of the day customers' use your accounts the most.

    Account information - find out which accounts are being used the most and how much balance they have left.

    Various access facilities

    Description:

    An access facility is the way in which a home account customer can access the home account platform. IDN provide a number of different access facilities to home account providers:

    1XXX access via BT network in the UK. This option means the customer only needs to dial a four-digit number before they can use their account.

    Toll free number (0800,1-800,etc). This option means the customer can use their account after dialling a toll free number.

    Local access number (0845, etc). This option means the customer can use their account after dialling a local access number.

    Local Numbers. This option means the customer can use their account after dialling a local number.

    IP call connect. This option means the customer can use their account after connecting using Internet protocol. This is also known as VoIP. A customer can make a call over the Internet using their PC and a suitable headset or via an Internet phone. Once connected to the home account platform they can use the account as normal.

    IDN also provides toll free access numbers in other international destinations for international travellers (free phone access from USA, Canada and much of Europe).
